Accounting Analyst

A well established Utah based insurance company is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its finance team. Full scope role covering month end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement with active involvement in an upcoming ERP implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Hands on month end close experience

• Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with large data sets

• CPA, public accounting, or FP&A background a plus

• Experience with SQL & PowerBi

Key Responsibilities

• Support month end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations

• Implement and improve internal controls and reporting processes

• Participate in ERP implementation and system testing

• Assist with annual operating plan and department expense variance analysis

• Support AP, premium receivable, and cross departmental inquiries
