The Marketing Enablement Specialist’s primary objective is to activate, expand, and re‑engage known accounts (current customers, qualified prospects, and lapsed customers) by owning the marketing-to-sales lifecycle within this universe, ensuring messaging, campaigns, trade shows, and enablement assets are aligned to opportunity creation, conversion, and growth, with performance measured through pipeline impact.

In this role, you will translate complex ideas into clear, meaningful messaging and create unique, useful materials that Sales can confidently use to grow business within our existing customer and prospect base. Responsibilities Include:
Messaging, Narrative & Enablement
- Develop clear messaging that explains IFPC’s products and value to various audiences.
- Create sales and marketing collateral that teams actually use, maintaining consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work with Sales to test and improve messaging based on real feedback and what drives results.
Marketing-to-Sales Lifecycle Management
- Support pipeline growth by working within IFPC’s existing customer and prospect database in (Microsoft CE.
- Help move contacts from interest → marketing qualified opportunity → sales handoff.
- Ensure leads are tracked, followed up on, and managed properly in Microsoft CE.
Field Marketing & Tradeshow
- Execute trade shows and events as opportunity-building activities, not just brand awareness.
- Manage all aspects of trade shows, including prep, messaging, lead capture, and follow-up.
Campaign Execution + Measurement
- Plan and run campaigns across email, web, events, and sales materials, ensuring each campaign has clear goals, target accounts, and follow-up plans.
- Track timelines and execution in Monday.com.
- Track results using pipeline-focused metrics (opportunities, conversions, revenue impact).
- Report on what worked, what didn’t, and what to improve.
Sales Alignment
- Work closely with Sales to support their pipeline and account priorities.
- Regularly review lead quality and campaign results with Sales.
- Provide tools and messaging that help Sales communicate clearly and close business.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in B2B marketing, marketing communications, demand generation, or lead development roles with responsibility for performance outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting pipeline development, opportunity progression, and Sales‑aligned marketing efforts.
- Proven experience building and maintaining enablement systems (e.g., messaging frameworks, sales collateral libraries, talk tracks, campaign toolkits, playbooks, internal training or rollouts) with evidence of adoption and improvement over time.
- Ability to define “who the asset is for, what decision/action it supports, and how success is measured.”
- Strong understanding of MQL qualification, nurture paths, and Sales handoff mechanics.
- Experience working within CRM systems (Microsoft CE/Dynamics or similar) to support pipeline visibility and follow‑through
- Comfort interpreting performance data, building insights, and making optimization recommendations.
- Strong writing, editing, and message simplification skills, especially for translating complex topics into customer-relevant language.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize independently, and execute reliably without constant oversight.
- Experience with Microsoft CE (Dynamics) or similar CRM systems; ability to maintain data integrity and pipeline visibility.
- Familiarity with Monday.com and marketing automation/email platforms. Constant Contact is a plus.
Travel & Physical Requirements
- Travel: Up to 30% annually for events, meetings, and on-site execution.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and support event setup as needed.
