Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

A global organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations and support financial reporting across multiple entities. This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering exposure to international operations, process improvement, and leadership collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review account reconciliations and investigate variances across multiple entities
• Oversee journal entries, accruals, and general ledger activity
• Manage and analyze accounts receivable and revenue-related transactions
• Support multi-entity financial reporting, including consolidations and FX considerations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and workflow standardization
• Support banking activities, reconciliations, and payment processes
• Leverage data tools to enhance reporting and drive insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Exposure to foreign currency and consolidation accounting is a plus
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger
• Strong Excel skills; experience with reporting tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
