We are partnering with several growing manufacturing, technology and private equity-backed companies in the DFW market seeking Technical Accounting Managers and Accounting Managers with a path to Controller.

These roles are ideal for candidates coming out of Big 4/ Top 10 audit and assurance who are ready to move into a more operational, hands-on leadership role. Experience with technical accounting areas such as ASC 606 and ASC 842 is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the month-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Partner with operations on cost accounting, inventory, and margin analysis
• Support ERP implementations and system improvements
• Assist with M&A activity, integrations, and process buildout
• Maintain and improve internal controls (SOX where applicable)

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 10 preferred) or relevant industry experience
• Strong foundation in GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Exposure to SEC reporting, SOX, or technical accounting is a plus
• CPA or actively pursuing
• Interest in stepping into a leadership / Controller track role
