Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager Position Located in Menomonee Falls Area

This could be a perfect role for a Senior Accountant to make the jump to management!

We are working with a rapidly-growing manufacturing company that is looking for a new Accounting Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with CFO on managing accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Prepare the annual budget and forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and lead close process
• Comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
• Problem-solving/process improvement mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication
