Finance Manager

Position Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, team-oriented employee to deliver to our business partners. Our mission is to serve as the world's most trusted pioneer in plant-based solutions for health, wellness, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Financial planning and analysis across all entities
- Flux and variance reporting — actual vs. budget analysis
- Cash conversion cycle analysis
- LP contribution and disbursement tracking and reporting
- Board and investor reporting packages — design, build, and delivery
- Investment reporting
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Support the budgeting process
- Assist with periodic inventory audits
- Document policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum of 7 years of finance or FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-entity environment
- Experience building financial reporting functions from scratch preferred
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple levels and departments
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
