What You'll Do
- Source and reach out to candidates (calls, LinkedIn, outreach)
- Conduct phone/video interviews
- Build relationships and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Prep candidates for interviews and manage feedback
- Partner with internal teams to fill open roles
- Manage pipelines and track activity in our ATS

- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls + messages)

- Able to work from our office in Solon, OH
