Job PurposeThis role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, procedures, activities, and key documentation to provide accurate, timely insights that support informed decision-making and the effective operation of National Grid. The position designs and implements procedures and policies within its area of responsibility to enhance organizational efficiency and performance, while managing projects that add new capabilities or improve existing departmental functions. The role also supports leadership through tailored reporting and plays an active part in driving execution and accountability across the department.
