Residences at Vantage Point, an upscale senior living community located in Howard County seeks an experienced professional for a full time opportunity to manage the Finance/Accounting office.
The ideal candidate will be organized and efficient to be able to assist with the day-to-day coordination and operations of the department including knowledge of AR; AP; payroll; preparation of annual operation budget and all interim financial reports. Successful candidate should have excellent customer service & hospitality skills; must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate must have leadership abilities with a 4 year deg with emphasis in accounting, preferred with 3-5 yrs mgmt exp; licensed as a CPA with some knowledge of Medicare and insurance reimbursement. Must possess quick and accurate Alpha/numeric skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
