Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Miami, FL. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, and maintaining accurate records of fixed assets. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing reporting mechanisms, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial decision-making processes. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong leadership, and a dedication to maintaining financial integrity.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with Journal Entries in Accounting, including reconciliations and adjustments
  • Knowledge of Finance principles, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience in managing records and processes related to Fixed Assets
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, and collaborate effectively with the team
