About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to support business growth within the electronics and components industry. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with international engineering teams.

The successful candidate will help drive sales growth for innovative electronic components and solutions, including LEDs and tactile switches, while supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Promote and support electronic component products including LEDs and tactile switches
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach
• Expand customer accounts by introducing new products and solutions
• Achieve sales growth objectives and support overall business expansion

Customer & Market Support

• Understand customer technical and business requirements and communicate them to engineering teams
• Provide product recommendations and creative technical solutions to customers
• Conduct market research and analyze industry/customer trends
• Support customers throughout the sales process from inquiry to follow-up

Communication & Collaboration

• Coordinate closely with overseas engineering and business teams
• Participate in regular meetings and provide sales/project updates
• Prepare meeting notes and maintain communication records
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction

Travel Requirements

• Domestic travel primarily within the West Coast region, including Los Angeles and Seattle
• Occasional international travel depending on business needs

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in sales, account management, or marketing within electronics or related industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong business development abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment

Preferred

• Experience with electronic components or technical products
• Japanese language skills are a plus
• Experience working with overseas teams or international clients
