About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to help build and scale the e-commerce growth engine across our portfolio of brands.
This role will lead:
- Customer acquisition
- Paid media strategy
- Analytics and attribution
- Creative testing
- Growth systems
- Ecommerce performance optimization
You’ll work closely with leadership, creative, ecommerce, and brand teams to help build a modern multi-brand ecommerce marketing organization.

What You’ll Own
- Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Manage campaign structure, budgets, scaling, and optimization
- Build and improve creative testing frameworks
- Develop audience and funnel strategies
- Define and track KPIs across brands
- Own reporting, attribution, and performance analysis
- Build dashboards and reporting systems
- Help leadership understand performance drivers and growth opportunities
- Partner with creative and brand teams to align messaging with acquisition strategy
- Help shape launch strategies, offers, and campaign direction
- Improve ecommerce conversion performance
- Build repeatable growth systems and operational workflows
- Collaborate with internal creative, ecommerce, and marketing teams
- Help manage external freelancers, agencies, and offshore support resources
- Help establish scalable processes and team structure as the department grows
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce growth or performance marketing
- Proven experience managing meaningful paid media spend and driving profitable growth
- Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of attribution and analytics
- Experience building and optimizing ecommerce funnels
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and creative testing
- Experience scaling ecommerce or DTC brands
- Strong business and analytical thinking
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to move quickly and solve problems in an evolving environment

Compensation
