Business Operations Manager

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to drive day-to-day operational excellence across customer service, logistics, inventory, billing, office administration, and cross-functional coordination. This role works closely with operations, sales, purchasing, finance, and production teams to improve efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accountability, and profitability
• Improve workflows and scalable business processes across departments
• Oversee customer order coordination, scheduling, and service communication
• Support inventory accuracy, billing processes, and operational reporting
• Coordinate with logistics, production, purchasing, and sales teams
• Lead and develop team members while fostering a collaborative culture
• Utilize ERP and operational systems to improve accuracy and performance
• Help maintain compliance, documentation, and operational standards

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, office leadership, or related roles
• Leadership experience managing teams and improving processes
• Agriculture, feed, grain, dairy, manufacturing, or production industry experience preferred
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or operational software systems
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
