Service Technician

About the positionYou'll be working alongside one of our senior technicians in the field learning how to perform inspections, repairs, and renovations to mobile/manufactured and modular homes. You'll learn all aspects of working on these homes. No prior experience is required, however any construction experience is helpful. This position involves frequent travel across the state of Iowa, and occasional overnight stays for larger jobs.Job RequirementsThis is a job that is a mix of indoor and outdoor work, and requires physical labor.Lifting up to 50 poundsAbility to work under a home in crawlspace areaAbility to use a ladderBasic knowledge of hand and power toolsA clean driving record is required.
