Marketing Analytics Manager
Build, maintain, and continuously improve Marketing's Power BI dashboards, including goal tracking, executive scorecards, and pipeline and attribution reportingTranslate stakeholder requirements into scalable data models, metric definitions, and reporting outputs that are clear, accurate, and easy to useExecute and maintain standardized KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent definitions and calculations across all marketing reportingImplement and support multi-touch attribution and pipeline reporting, ensuring data is accurately reflected across systemsValidate and reconcile data across platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, attribution tools, Power BI), identifying and resolving discrepanciesMonitor data flows across systems and troubleshoot inconsistencies in partnership with technical teamsDocument data sources, metric logic, and reporting assumptions to support transparency and scalabilityPartner cross-functionally to gather requirements, improve data quality, and enhance tracking and measurement capabilitiesSupport improvements to data structure, campaign tracking, and system integrations to increase reporting reliabilityPrepare executive-ready dashboards and reporting outputs to support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or reporting-focused roles in a B2B environmentAdvanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard developmentStrong hands-on experience with multi-touch attribution and pipeline reportingFamiliarity with attribution platforms (specifically Marketo Measure)Working knowledge of Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (Marketo), and marketing data flowsAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environmentCompetitive total rewards (base salary + bonus, if applicable)Customizable benefits package (3 medical plans with Health Saving Account company match)Generous paid time off starting with 3 weeks + 13 paid holidays, including 2 personal floating holidays.Flexible time off for exempt team members + 13 paid holidaysEducation assistance opportunities and free LinkedIn Learning accessFree mental health and family planning programs, including adoption assistance and fertility support
