Description:

• Business Analyst - (Oracle EBS) with at least 8 years of experience.
• BA role is for Oracle EBS system who has experience in inventory shipping module warehouse management, finance modules knowledge is nice to have.
• This is a very important role and need someone with very solid experience as business analyst and capture requirements come up with process diagrams and all.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with the corporate leaders and the business stake holders to understand the gap between the product and its process
• Solving a business problem need using the organizational context and transitioning the organization through the change implementing the solution
• To identify and define the solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders
• Work across all levels of an organization and by involving in everything from defining strategy to creating the enterprise architecture to taking a leadership role by defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes
• Improve the value of business analysis with realization of benefits avoidance of cost identification of new opportunities understanding of required capabilities and modeling the organization
• Interact with business owners stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Convert the business requirements into detailed technical requirements for the technology team
• Co ordinate with the technology team to explain the requirements
• Validate the developed solution before handing it over to the business user for User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Coordinate with the customer team and the technology team to facilitate UAT Technical Experience

Skills:

• Business Analyst should be familiar with MFG Supply chain or Finance Background
• Expert with the requirement process converting requirements into Jira stories and creating process maps
• Extensive experience in gathering the requirements by talking to stake holders and do come up with the requirements documents with applicable templates needs to have EBS experience Knowledge
• EBS Supply Chain modules knowledge and prior working experience in EBS projects is required
