Description:
Seeking an experienced Municipal Government Consultant. Must have experience in 311 or related citizen information support systems. Prefer direct experience in defining 311 processes and experience working across multiple municipal government departments to define and implement systems, processes and procedures.
The BA would be in charge of building the business process, managing and documenting the process outside of emergencies, and working with the other business units.
Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communications skills with experience working with department and city leadership to clearly communicate status, issues and achievements.
This role is a process leadership role. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate and cite experience in leading teams in definition, implementation and transformation of cross functional department processes and tools
