Are you a people-first HR leader ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a growing organization in Columbus and take ownership of key HR functions that drive culture, compliance, and organizational success.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent retention strategies.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Manage performance review processes and support leadership in coaching and employee development.

• Oversee payroll and HRIS functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, best practices, and HR compliance.

• Proven ability to build trust, influence leaders, and drive employee engagement.
