What You’ll Do

Forecast & Analyze

Develop and maintain detailed project cash flow models that support:

  • Financial forecasting and long-term planning
  • Scenario and sensitivity analysis
  • Investment and operational decision-making
  • Ongoing project performance evaluation

Your analysis will directly influence strategic decisions across a growing renewable energy portfolio.

Manage Draws & Waterfalls

Coordinate and oversee:

  • Funding requests and capital draws
  • Debt and equity funding schedules
  • Waterfall compliance and distribution tracking
  • Financial documentation supporting project financing structures

You’ll help ensure projects remain financially disciplined and fully compliant with financing agreements.

Support Lender Relations

Partner with internal teams and external lenders by:

  • Assisting with debt covenant calculations and compliance monitoring
  • Preparing quarterly lender reporting packages
  • Supporting financing requests, audits, and information deliverables

Financial Oversight & Risk Analysis

Provide ongoing insight into project performance through:

  • Variance analysis and budget tracking
  • Cash flow monitoring
  • Financial risk assessment
  • Identification of opportunities for operational and financial optimization

Collaborate Across the Business

Work cross-functionally with:

  • Finance & Accounting
  • Project Development
  • Operations
  • Executive Leadership

You’ll play a key role in improving financial visibility and helping projects move efficiently from development to execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Experience in project finance, renewable energy, or investment banking
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
  • Understanding of debt structures, project cash flows, and financing agreements
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $120K-140K
