A well-established consumer-focused organization is seeking an experienced Technical Accounting Manager to support complex accounting matters, policy development, and financial reporting initiatives. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to influence accounting decisions in a dynamic environment.

The Technical Accounting Manager will serve as a key technical resource, responsible for researching accounting guidance, preparing position memos, and supporting accurate and compliant financial reporting.

As the Technical Accounting Manager, you will:

• Research and interpret US GAAP related to new transactions, initiatives, and business changes
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda and support accounting policy documentation
• Assist with adoption and implementation of new accounting standards
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and external auditors on complex accounting matters
• Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including disclosures

• Strong background in technical accounting and financial reporting
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting concepts
• Experience working with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders
• Public accounting experience and CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
