WEEKLY TRAVEL PAY PACKAGE (resides out of 50+ miles)

Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid :-$ 871.00

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) :- $679.00

Job Description:

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) works under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and rehabilitation exercises
• Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve mobility, coordination, strength, and daily living skills
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Occupational Therapist
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and adaptive equipment
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient records
• Prepare therapy areas, equipment, and treatment materials
• Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care plans
