About MindView Therapy

MindView Therapy is a multi-state outpatient group that provides evidence-based care to adult clients. We give early-career clinicians the structure, supervision, and technology they need to grow into confident, independently licensed professionals.

Position Overview

You will deliver telehealth psychotherapy to an adult caseload while practicing under a New York Limited Permit (MHC - LP). All scheduling, intake, and insurance billing are handled by our operations team so you can focus on clinical work.

Core duties

• Conduct 25-28 video sessions each week once your caseload ramps.
• Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours.
• Provide CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, or other evidence-based interventions.
• Participate in individual weekly supervision and a small peer consultation group.
• Track client outcomes (PHQ-9, GAD-7, OCI-R) and maintain timely documentation.
• Collaborate with primary-care and psychiatric providers when indicated.

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree from a CACREP or MPCAC program, or a 60-credit, NYSED-registered licensure-qualifying counseling program.
• New York Limited Permit in Mental Health Counseling or eligibility to apply (we cover the application and guide you through the process).
• Private, secure work-from-home space with reliable high-speed internet.
• Ability to pass NY OMH background screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two semesters of adult outpatient internship or practicum.
• Working knowledge of at least one manualized treatment protocol.
• Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Bengali, ASL).

Compensation

• Fee-for-service: $30-40 per billable hour until you sustain 25-30 sessions per week.
• Set salary: Once your caseload reaches 25-30 weekly sessions (maintained over a four-week period) you may elect a salaried structure in the estimated range of $42,000-$70,000 per year.
• Weekly clinical supervision, peer consultation, and continuous skills training are provided at no cost to you.

Schedule & Work Style

• Telehealth only-treat clients located anywhere in New York State.
• Flexible self-managed calendar; at least one evening block is required to meet client demand.
• Single weekend day availability is preferred to meet client demand.
