About the OpportunityWe're hiring a Business Development Representative to support the growth of a rapidly expanding fire protection contractor serving commercial, industrial, and residential clients across New Jersey. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into outside sales or grow their career in construction/business development, with a clear path into Account Executive or Sales leadership roles. You'll play a key role in generating new business by building relationships and identifying opportunities across construction projects, service contracts, and inspections.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development (even entry-level)

- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Organized and able to manage multiple prospects
- Construction, HVAC, mechanical, or fire protection exposure
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
- Prior lead generation or inside sales experience
