- Prepare and send customer invoices
- Create journal entries and post transactions to the general ledger
- Perform reconciliations for accounts and corporate credit cards
- Support and manage the month‑end close process
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Prior experience with accounts payable
- Working knowledge of three‑way match
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
