Overview of the Finance Manager Role:

  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations and department leaders to drive performance and accountability
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages
  • Support month-end close by collaborating with accounting and ensuring alignment with forecasts
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis
  • Improve and streamline reporting processes, tools, and systems
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related role
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
