Key Responsibilities for the Director of Human Resources:
• Lead all HR functions including compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for all positions
• Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agency requirements
• Manage HR systems, workers’ compensation, and retirement plan administration
• Supervise the Payroll Manager and related processes
• Lead all HR functions including compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance
