We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, data analytics, and strategic decision-making for a growing professional services organization. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance through advanced modeling, SQL data analysis, and Power BI dashboard development.

• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Build and maintain SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate financial and operational data
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership
• Create and enhance internal financial reporting for management and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting automation, and business intelligence processes
• Present financial insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Participate in digital transformation project transition to ERP system.
• Assist with ad hoc projects for finance and executive leadership teams

• 4+ years of financial analysis experience
• Strong experience with SQL coding, data extraction, and business intelligence tools
• Advanced Power Query; DAX preferred
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and reporting expertise
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
