You'll lead complex, high-impact structural projects within an organization that values precision, collaboration, and innovation.Job DetailsResponsibilities -+ Oversee the design and production of 3D models and detailed drawings in SolidWorks for structural steel platforms, towers, stairs, skids, and foundations.+ Review and interpret customer specifications, integrating design requirements into comprehensive engineering plans.+ Lead a team of designers and engineers, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to company and industry standards.+ Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and cross-discipline teams to align project objectives.+ Manage detailed project scopes, schedules, and documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.+ Ensure compliance with relevant standards and codes, including AISC, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and AASHTO.+ Utilize advanced software such as RISA 3D, SolidWorks Simulation, tnxTower, Helicap, Lpile, and Mathcad to validate designs and optimize performance.Qualifications -+ Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.+ 5+ years of experience in detailed structural design, preferably in steel structures.+ Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (required).+ Texas PE License required; multi-state licensure preferred.+ In-depth knowledge of U.S. engineering codes, standards, and project management best practices.+ Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers.+ Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.Compensation -+ Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
