The clients you work with have already expressed interest in coverage or requested information. Your role is to guide them through their options, answer questions, and help them enroll in the coverage they requested.
You will meet with individuals and families virtually (via Zoom or phone), ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. This is a 1099, performance‑based role with structured training, mentorship, and clearly defined advancement pathways.
No cold calling. No chasing. You will work exclusively with individuals and families who have already requested information or assistance regarding their insurance needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation is based on individual performance and production. No income is guaranteed, and results vary based on effort, consistency, and market conditions.
Licensing SupportIf you do not currently hold a Life & Health Insurance License, Taubman Financial Management provides guidance, resources, and support to help you obtain it — often within 7–10 days, depending on individual effort and state requirements.
