- Develop, implement, and present engaging safety training programs tailored to an automotive manufacturing environment.
- Lead the rollout and management of EHS programs and procedures across multiple facilities.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring Tier-1 automotive compliance requirements are met.
- Partner with plant leadership to ensure adherence to federal, state, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and deliver safety reports and presentations for leadership teams.
- Continuously improve safety management systems and best practices within a fast-paced automotive setting.
- 5+ years of experience in occupational health & safety within industrial or manufacturing environments; Tier-1 automotive experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001/14001, or similar safety management systems.
- Skilled in hazard identification, safety auditing, and program development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and passport (safety certification such as ASP is a plus).
