- Oversee all aspects of the mechanical construction process, including HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities, including scheduling and supervising staff, managing materials and equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and correcting any deficiencies.
- Communicate effectively with all team members, including contractors, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership or superintendent experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to review drawings and coordinate daily jobsite activities.
- Experience coordinating schedules to meet project timelines.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.
