Accounting Manager

Position: Accounting Manager

Compensation: $155,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Dallas, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Manager to join their team!

Join a dynamic team during a period of growth and transformation. As an Accounting Manager, you will lead and oversee plant accounting activities across Natural Gas Gathering and Processing operations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and lead cross-functional reviews. The role is open due to recent changes in the team, offering a chance to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead daily, monthly, and quarterly plant accounting activities
• Manage end-to-end plant settlement cycle
• Oversee theoreticals and imbalance analyses
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Serve as subject matter expert for complex commercial arrangements
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes
• Support internal and external audits

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or related field
• Proficiency with Waterfield and/or TIPS
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Advanced analytical capabilities
• Experience with GAAP and accounting methods
• Experience in plant accounting concepts

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in midstream operations accounting
• Marketing or similar operations accounting background
• Experience in dynamic environments
