This is a Direct Hire, on-site opportunity that is Full-Time. <br /><br /><strong>Wage</strong>: 90k<br /><strong>Schedule</strong>: 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting</li><li>5-8 years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>CPA preferred</li><li>Strong analytical and data interpretation skills</li><li>Proficiency in accounting, reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence systems</li><li>Advanced Excel and data analysis abilities</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven leadership and team management capabilities</li><li>Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with financial modeling and KPIs development</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management and lease reporting</li><li>Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls</li><li>Cross-department collaboration experience</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field</li><li>5 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting roles</li><li>CPA certification is highly desirable</li></ul><p><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>On-site availability at our Stevens Point HQ</li><li>Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and cross-functional projects</li><li>Support for annual audit and compliance activities</li></ul><p>This is your chance to advance your career in a growth-oriented environment that values expertise and initiative.
