• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: Available if desired to reach 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyeglass fittings, frame selection, and lens measurements
• Provide guidance on eyewear products, lenses, and optical solutions
• Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars
• Complete and maintain patient records, documentation, and paperwork
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient experience in a professional optical setting
• Support overall daily operations of the optical office / vision center

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as an Optician, Optical Technician, or in an eye-care / optical environment (required)
• Knowledge of eyewear, lenses, frames, and optical products
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with cash handling, POS systems, and administrative tasks
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
