Location: White Plains, NY
Compensation:$40-45k
Work modality: hybrid schedule, after being fully trained

We’re looking for a sharp-eyed Proofreader who can spot a typo from a mile away and make sure our written materials are polished, accurate, and on-brand. From internal communications to client-facing documents, you’ll help ensure our words reflect our best work.

• Review documents, presentations, and marketing materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
• Ensure wording and images are positioned correctly
• Maintain and verify information for Master Data list
• Review print ads for proper spelling, punctuation and grammar
• Manage multiple projects on tight timelines
• Suggest improvements to enhance readability and impact

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong command of grammar and style guides (AP, Chicago, or similar)
• Experience proofreading in a business, agency, or publishing setting preferred
• Ability to balance speed with accuracy and under strict deadlines
• Bilingual a plus
