Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Full-Time, Onsite

Summary

Experienced Patient Financial Representative supporting Revenue Cycle operations, including account resolution, claims follow-up, billing, collections, cash reconciliation, and reimbursement activities. Works cross-functionally with departments, payors, and patients to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant account resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve patient accounts through billing review, collections, and follow-up
• Manage claims lifecycle: edits, denials, rejections, and resubmissions
• Ensure timely reimbursement and meet productivity/quality goals
• Communicate with patients, payors, and internal teams on account issues
• Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems
• Monitor filing deadlines and payor requirements
• Identify reimbursement trends and resolve underpayments/denials
• Reconcile payments, research discrepancies, and resolve unapplied cash

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 3years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, collections, or claims
• Knowledge of UB-04, HCFA 1500
• Experience with hospital billing (inpatient/outpatient preferred)
• Solid understanding of revenue cycle, denials, and insurance follow-up
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
