Insurance - Mass Torts/Consumer Litigation
The Mass Torts, Insurance and Consumer Litigation Department is seeking a mid-level associate (class of 2023-2021) with insurance coverage experience to join its insurance team in the New York office. Successful candidates will have a strong grasp of first- and third-party insurance policies and principles across various coverage lines, including general liability, property, directors and officers liability and cyber, and a working knowledge of representations and warranties insurance. Familiarity with insurance provisions in transaction agreements is a plus. Must possess excellent analytical and writing skills and be comfortable working with clients and colleagues in a busy and fast-paced environment. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
