Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description

Newfield, Biondo & Carlino, LLC's team of experienced attorneys is seeking to hire an Associate with 1-3 years’ litigation experience. Attorney must be admitted to practice law in New York (admission to the Connecticut bar is a plus).

The attorney may be involved in all aspects of litigation including:

• Drafting and responding to written discovery demands
• Reviewing and evaluating discovery
• Taking depositions
• Conducting legal research
• Coordinating expert witnesses
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Appearing at court conferences, administrative hearings and client meetings, including those in New York
• Assistance at trial

Opportunity for hybrid work may be available for the right candidate.

Salary range $90,000-$115,000 commensurate with experience.
