Experienced Litigation Paralegals

Locations: Perth Amboy, NJ – Bilingual Required Hackensack, NJ – Temporary Role (Managing a $50M Case)

We are seeking highly skilled litigation paralegals to support our legal team in handling complex, high-stakes cases.

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from investigation to trial.
• Draft and file legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Manage large volumes of case materials and organize case files efficiently.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts in both English and Spanish (Perth Amboy role).
• Handle case strategy coordination, trial preparation, and document review.

• Strong litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) required for Perth Amboy role.
• Ability to handle complex, high-value cases (Hackensack role will focus on a $50M case).
• Exceptional organizational, research, and writing skills.
