Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Create technical drawing and plans for permitting and construction of water resource projects which include design, layout, grading, drainage and erosion and sediment controls.
Provide technical support during construction activities, including reviewing plans.
Prepare cost estimates for all water resource projects.
Technical report writing.
Collaborate with engineers to design optimal plans for clients.
Work with construction inspection personnel, as required, to assure that contracted work accomplishes the intent of the design.
Operate independently within a deadline driven industry.
To be successful in this position, you should have:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program (required).
EI/EIT certification is a plus
0 – 4 of related water/wastewater experience.
Software experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Civil 3D (desired but not required).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Ability to participate in periodic day travel (required).
