The CompanyA growing healthcare services organization is building its sales function from the ground up and is looking for a hands‑on Director of Sales to lead that effort.
The company focuses on delivering operational and BPO solutions to healthcare organizations, helping them improve efficiency, reduce cost, and scale effectively. The core market includes private duty, home care, sub acute, and post acute providers operating within Medicare-driven environments.
This is a build opportunity with high visibility, direct access to leadership, and real influence on growth strategy.
The Responsibilities- Build and lead the sales function from zero
- Drive new business through outbound efforts, networking, and industry engagement
- Target private duty, home care, sub acute, and post acute providers
- Engage directly with owners, operators, and leadership teams
- Identify operational gaps and position solutions around efficiency and cost savings
- Sell services related to revenue cycle management, billing, accounts receivable, claims, denials, care coordination, and back office operations
- Leverage referral networks and partnerships
- Build scalable sales processes and outreach strategies
- Partner with internal teams on execution and delivery
- Hire and mentor future sales team members
- Experience selling into healthcare organizations
- Background working with private duty or home care, and sub acute or post acute providers
- Strong understanding of Medicare reimbursement and its impact on operations
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Comfortable operating as both a seller and a builder
- Experience in BPO, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations is a strong plus
- Familiarity with referral driven environments is a plus
