Clinical Manager (BCBA) - ABA Leadership Role


SECTR Partners are working with an ABA provider seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead one of their ABA centers in Kentucky.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BCBAs, Program Supervisors, RBTs, BTs, and support staff
  • Oversee clinical quality, including treatment plans, BIPs, supervision, assessments, and documentation compliance
  • Conduct regular 1:1 clinical meetings with BCBAs and provide structured feedback on cases and documentation
  • Manage caseload assignments, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
  • Support onboarding, intake processes, and family experience from start of services
  • Collaborate across teams to meet budget, staffing, and authorization goals
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA, and payer requirements
  • Champion a positive, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and evidence-based practice
  • Represent the organization at community and professional events


Qualifications:


  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of ABA clinical experience with strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and supervision
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience supervising clinical teams
  • Proven track record in staff development, caseload management, and driving clinical outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of insurance requirements, billing, and ABA practice management systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across center, home, and community settings
