SMALL BUSINESS BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY
We file more Chapter 11 sub-chapter V business bankruptcies than any other firm in the State of Texas. We practice in all districts in Texas, all out of our Houston office. Our business is booming and we need more lawyers!
We're looking for a bankruptcy attorney with 3-5 years of experience in personal and/or business bankruptcy who wants to take their career to a full blown business bankruptcy practice.
We do a limited number of personal 7 filings (when it is for the business owner and part of the business debt reorganization strategy), but personal bankruptcy is not our focus. We do not handle any personal Chapter 13 cases.
1st Chair Experience
We offer a path of mentorship designed to allow you to handle your own cases and not just be an assistant. Our attorneys quickly gain the experience needed to handle cases on their own.
Practice Law, Not Business Development
Our in-house client intake team brings in the clients so you can focus on cases and attorney-only tasks.

Teamwork
We value teamwork and clear communication. Cases are assigned an attorney, paralegal, a case manager, & legal assistant. These non-attorney team members are instrumental in the overall support and success of cases. They are responsible for client intake, billing/collections, document coordination, the drafting of pleadings, discovery, and motions, day-to-day client relations, e-filing, and other tasks.

Compensation
Compensation is salary plus outcome-based bonuses, not just the number of hours you personally bill. We pay for all licensing, continuing education, and encourage professional growth in a variety of ways. You will be given a running start via assignment of cases from our substantial client base.
