This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys owning their day-to-day responsibilities, supporting core finance operations and growing with an expanding international business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider finance and leadership teams to support accurate reporting, operational finance activities and compliance.
Primary Duties:
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support the month-end close process
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with payroll coordination and employee expense reporting
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Prepare internal financial reports as required
• Support audits and liaise with external accountants and advisors
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and relevant accounting standards
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to support financial and commercial activities
Education/Experience:
• CPA qualified with 4 to 6 years in an accounting role within a corporate or operational environment
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Experience using accounting systems and strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is preferred
