Cost Accounting Director

We’re partnering with a growing company looking for an Inventory & Cost Accounting Manager who knows manufacturing or construction environments like the back of their Excel workbook.

This is not a “keep the seat warm” accounting role.

They need someone who can:

• Build inventory & manufacturing accounting processes from scratch
• Own standard costing, variance analysis, inventory controls & ERP workflows
• Partner with Ops, Supply Chain & Procurement without needing a translator
• Spot inventory issues before they become “fun surprises” during close

Ideal background:

• 6–10+ years in cost/inventory accounting
• Manufacturing and/or construction experience
• ERP implementation exposure (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong process improvement mindset
• CPA/CMA = bonus points

Translation:

They want someone who can survive month-end close and a factory walkthrough in the same week.

Important Info:

• Onsite in El Segundo area
• Compensation = $175,000 - $225,000
• High-visibility opportunity
• Build-mode environment with real ownership
