Our client, a global leader in the music and entertainment industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support marketing finance operations and project management initiatives across artist and label projects.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Financial Analyst
  • Location: Miami Beach, FL
  • Type: W2 Contract
  • Duration: 6 Months + High Possibility of Extension
  • Pay Range: $25–$28/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day finance support to marketing and label operations teams
  • Track, analyze, and report variances against budgets and forecasts
  • Assist with quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
  • Manage marketing project administration including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Support monthly financial close activities and forecasting systems within SAP/Uniport
  • Monitor marketing spend across artists, vendors, and project categories
  • Prepare presentations, budget reports, timelines, and project documentation for leadership
  • Coordinate vendor setup, invoice processing, payment tracking, and compliance approvals
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project support as needed

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, project coordination, or business operations
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with SAP, Uniport, Monday.com, or similar systems preferred
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the entertainment, music, or media industry
  • Project management experience in fast-paced environments
  • Experience supporting marketing or operational finance teams
  • Soft Skills
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
