We are currently hiring a Junior Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. Responsibilities of the Junior Marketing Campaign Manager:

• Engage directly with customers in a retail and promotional environment
• Promote products and services while building positive customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Answer questions regarding products, promotions, pricing, and services
• Support sales and customer acquisition efforts through face-to-face interactions
• Collaborate with team members to help execute marketing campaigns and meet performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and campaign strategy

Requirements:

• Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

This is an entry-level position with a starting pay range of $40,000–$55,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities available based on performance.
