Project Manager - Accounting & Finance Focus

Compensation: $115K to $135K
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite | Eden Prairie, MN)

We’re partnering with a large, complex, multi-entity organization to identify a Project Manager who wants to expand beyond traditional accounting and get involved in finance projects, systems, and process improvement initiatives.

This is an opportunity to leverage your accounting background while taking on a more project-oriented role, supporting cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

• Supporting and coordinating finance-related projects across multiple business units
• Partnering with accounting, finance, and operational teams
• Assisting with system implementations and process improvements
• Helping drive timelines and keep cross-functional initiatives moving
• Supporting standardization efforts across the organization
• Communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders
• Leveraging your accounting knowledge to support project execution

• 5–8+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting
• Exposure to projects, implementations, or process improvements
• Interest in moving into more project-based work
• Ability to influence and work cross-functionally
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience supporting system implementations (ERP or similar)
• Background in shared services or multi-entity environments
• Exposure to high-volume or commission-based environments
• Interest in process improvement and transformation work
