Accounting Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill an Accounting Manager position. Seeking a hands-on leader to oversee accounting and financial reporting across GAAP. This role manages a team, drives accurate regulatory reporting, and partners across the business on complex accounting and analytics. This position is primarily in office Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and review work of the corporate accounting team
• Oversee financial reporting and regulatory filings (annual statements, audits, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
• Support complex accounting research and process improvements
• Partner cross-functionally and leverage data for insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s/CPA preferred)
• Public accounting experience (management strongly preferred)
• Minimum 8 years accounting experience
• Advanced Excel + ERP experience required
• Strong financial reporting, analytics, and communication skills
