Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a fast-paced automation team designing custom packaging and conveyor systems for high-throughput manufacturing environments.

This is a highly hands-on design role where engineering decisions directly impact machine performance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design custom automation and conveyor equipment
• Perform high-volume sheet metal design (20–30 iterations daily)
• Size and select gearbox systems for motion applications
• Perform motor sizing and selection for automated equipment
• Design and size pneumatic systems and components
• Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure manufacturability
• Support machine debug, integration, and commissioning as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in mechanical design for automation or capital equipment
• Extensive experience with sheet metal design in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with:
• Gearbox sizing
• Motor sizing
• Pneumatic system design
• Strong understanding of fabrication and real-world machine build constraints
